Genesis 24" Whirlwind Girl's Mountain Bike,Tween/Adult, Blue

I'm really pleased and surprised with this bike. It's a great price and a great bike. It's a very sturdy bike, 5 speed, easy assembly, (less than an hour). It did take a little longer to get delivered than most Walmart orders but worth the wait, roughly 10 days. This bike won't disappoint!

Very pleased with the bicycle. Was easy to assemble and very cute for a for a pre-teen girl. It is going to be a Christmas gift for my granddaughter! Arrived on time.

I got this bike for my daughter for her 11th birthday. She absolutely LOVES IT! I was concerned about the size but it's a perfect fit with h room to grow.

Very impressed! The colors are beautiful and vibrant! The frame is heavy duty it just looks very well made for the price. I am sure my grand daughter will love it!

The bike met expectations from a quality standpoint. Since it was delivered to my granddaughters home, some assembly was required. That turned out to be more time consuming than I had imagined but in the end it was completed by a novice (me).

Bought this bike online, delivery faster than expected. Everything else for this bike is fine, the only problem is that the front wheel is too close to the pedals. When I making turns my foot is touching to the front wheel. If they can make the bike little bit longer to increase the distance between the front wheel and the pedals, then this will be a five star bike.

The bike seemed as if it was returned or something because some things were broken and not working properly. Because of it being so close to Christmas I didn't send the bike back and had a co-worker to fix it. Walmart please do better and make sure if an item is returned ALL parts are working and not broken.

This bike didn't come with assembly instructions. I got the wheels on, but had to get help tensioning the brakes. Compared side by side with her sister's bicycle, they both have a hard time riding this one as the frame is much heavier. I wouldn't buy it again.

The bike arrived used and very damaged, I would have given a zero if could. Very disappointing as this was a birthday gift she isn't getting . Shame on Walmart.

This item was originally purchased as a Christmas gift but came after Christmas and was now used as a birthday gift. The box received was damaged but that was not the issue. The problem was with the packaging of the item. The bike itself was in not supported/protected to prevent any type of damage to include the tires. From out of the box the rear tire had a flat. The tube was removed and we located a perfect slit/puncture in it. That was most likely caused by the packaging. This item should have been more secure with either extra enforced cardboard, wrapping or styrofoam to hold and secure it in place as well as protecting from damage. Once the bike was assembled we noticed the rear tire had a leak. After inspecting the tubing, a slit/cut was located. Which resulted in additional cost to purchase a new tube at the Sporting Goods Store. Yes the tire could have been patched, but again this is a "NEW" out of the box item. Walmart should take care with packaging its products. Recycled paper, cardboard or styrofoam to protect exposed parts. This process should be reevaluated in your packaging.
