Genesis 26" Saracino Men's Mountain Bike, Red

The bike was really nice build and quality. Easy to assemble when I received it in the box by FedEX. But I am 6 ft tall and I felt it was too small for me. My knees felt like they were going to hit the handlebars even after I moved the seat back. Was going to order an offset seat post on Amazon and see if that would help but in the end returned it to my local Walmart for a refund.

I bought this bike for someone who is 5'8. The frame is about 16-17 inches depending on where you measure from. I am 6'3 and the bike would be too small for me as I expected. The bike looks amazing, more so than my Schwinn Boundary. The red really pops. Set up was a breeze only because I've YouTubed what seems like every Big Box bike tutorial there is. That being said, the front brake was not put together and it needed to be heavily adjusted when I got it int the housing... and the WORST part was the right crank arm (thing you put the pedal into) threads were messed up to where the pedal would not thread on. I got lucky with the crank arm threads by taking a narrow flat head screw driver to it and scraped out the groove, I could see where there was an imperfection in the threads. After that though the bike was great, just tighten everything up and double check the important bolts/stuff. I love this bike.

Packaging could be better to secure the rigid frame. As the front disc brake and forks were slightly bent out of true and required some tuning to get them straightened. Great frame with all the features wanted. Wish it came in a 29 version with these features!

Ordered two bikes and came in damaged. A broken reflector which is no big deal. One of the tires would not inflate. The inner tube was defective. I had to patch the brand new tube. I did not want to deal with Walmart customer service because returning the bike was not an option. I fixed it myself and other than that the bike is great.

I am 6 2 and frame way too small. For men from 5 7 to at most 5 11 inches. My knees hit the center adjust button Its up for sale. Had to pay 89 bucks to have it adjusted AFTER the Walmart guy could not do it for $49. Front disk brake arrived hitting the front wheel which would not spin

The factory really rushed to get this bike out. The primer on the lower portion of the frame bleeds through the paint and there was a run. The rear derailleur was not adjusted, wouldn't go down to 1st and 2nd gear, the cable was really loose, frayed and the bar end was missing. If it was just assembly and go, like it was advertised as, I would have given the bike 5, but after spending almost 30 extra minutes adjusting the rear derailleur, they are lucky they get 3 stars.

This bike is great and the size is perfect for short riders, but I have only gone on two bike rides and both times I got a flat tire. The tires/tubes are crap. Typical grass burrs pierce right through them, and that's after replacing the first tube with a thicker tube. I will probably be returning this bike considering I now need to purchase thicker tires as well.

bought this bike for my son, as soon as we got it home a couple bolts and nuts fell off from who knows where. a few days later his front brakes stopped working we assume due to those nuts and bolts. now only a couple months later and his bike pedal snapped off when he went to start riding to school. this is the worst bike I have ever bought.

I received the bike today at my house, I started to assemble the bike following the instructions. I inflated the tire as instructed and minutes later when my tire burst. This is frustrating because I waited a few days for the bike to arrive and when I thought I was going to use the bike it wasn't good for use. Now I'll have to buy another tire. when we buy something new and have to spend more money to get it fixed without even having used it once. Is not fair

It took from the 4th to the 22nd to receive my order by Fed Ex tracking is useless. Had to call Walmart customer service to get things moving and she gave me a new delivery time and it did not happen. Fed Ex took charge and tracking always said in route. Terrible service.
