Genesis 26" Whirlwind Women's Mountain Bike, Teal

"poor weld crooked stem" said the bike shop who put together my bike "forever crooked handle bars" I went there in the first place because the directions to hook up the breaks were impossible for me to understand. Bike is a HAZARD the pedals are too close to the front tire, I wear a woman's size 9 shoe, anytime I turn the wheel to take a corner my shoes scrape the tire tread. This bike is garbage.

It came in and the rims are bent. also has a flat back tire. andI cant get another one

Partial assembly only includes one break. The other is screwed together which you will have to undo to insert the cord they left out. Other parts are assembled incorrectly which you'll also have to undo so you can fix. I'm sure it's their way of getting you to pay for assembly which is ridiculous for an item that should arrive mostly done. Instructions are useless. Exactly why I hate ordering anything from Walmart.

I am not the type to write bad reviews - I have had this bike for over a month and have not been able to ride it once. I have built plenty of things throughout my life and thought this bike would be no different, wrong! The handlebars will not stay in place no matter what I try. I get them secure and with the slightest bit of pressure, they come loose. I have tightened them plenty and it just doesn't seem to grab. I'm going to have to take it to a bike shop to try and get it adjusted.

Very disappointed. The bike itself is nice and nice to ride but once it was put together the front wheel is bent and wobbles back and forth. Dealing with Walmart is a joke they are no help whatsoever, they don't have a replacement bike and I would have to pay for it to be sent back. This should not be the customers problem if the problem came from the manufacturer. All I need is a new front wheel and not able to even get that!

It was difficult to put together. i had to pay someone to assemble it for me. As far as the bike itself, it's a great bike. one thing though, it shifts gears and continues to do so for a while while riding. not sure what that is about. i may have to let Walmart know.

Great bike! I bought it for my 13-year-old daughter who is 5'3" and has pretty long legs. The color is beautiful, she loves that it is matte, and it rides smoothly with no noise (noise has been a problem with other bikes we've looked at for her). The only reason I rated this bike 4 stars and not 5 is that the seat is a little uncomfortable for her, but that problem could be resolved. The bike looks exactly as it is shown.

Easy to assemble. Great color!

It's a sturdy bike. However, the front brakes were not working when it was purchased. The item I received seemed to be a returned item.
