Genesis 27.5 in. Serrano Ladies Mountain Bike, Blue

it was stolen twice and is still missing.i loved it and so did everybody else .%26too much to resist.oh im upset so me and my friend were planning on riding together but never was able to get that exciting now.bummed can i have it replaced since i just had purchased it online?

Received the bike, it went together easily enough, nothing seems damaged overall. The only problem came from FedEx and their terrible shipping. Delivery was late and when I got the bike, the box looked as if it had been thrown across the warehouse several times. In future I'd suggest Walmart maybe go the extra mile and just pay for a better shipping company because FedEx is terrible.

i liked the bike except i had to replace the neck and the rear derailleur due to the neck wouldn't tighten down due to being stripped inside and the rear derailure being bent i dont know if in shipping but after getting both items fixed my wife love the bike and enjoys the comfortability of it

The bike was delivered quickly. The box was un damaged. The front rim is bent and needed to be worked on to get close to straight. The fork tube was cut too short. I ended up grinding the spacer down to make it all fit correctly.. the brakes that come with the bike are adequate when setup properly. The rear derailer cable needed adjustment to allow proper gear shifting which took time and google searches to accomplish. Overall a good bike, once setup properly, but be prepared to spend some time working on it during setup.

Overall the bike is good but there is no manual for the self install. Also the breaks are loose and no guidance on how to fix them, have to spend lot of time and effort to get it fixed somehow. The handle is also not fixed properly.

I had order the 26 size which came perfect now wanted in addition this 27.5 size. Bike looks similar and looks good over all for the price its perfect but It arrived damaged from shipping or poor welds front suspension fork bad alignment. Hopefully next one comes better shape

Missing parts, chain fell off, haven't even ridden it… teied to call customer service…returning it Tuesday

Really heavy! No holes for water bottle on the odd shaped frame. Seat pole is ridiculously short, will have to buy another. Dual flimsy shifters. Has disc brakes but the frame has a front cable brake mount on the frame. Seems like this was a mish-mash of mistakes! My front tire came low pressure and wouldn't hold air. Called their toll-free %23 and was told I would get a tube from someone with a crying baby ... 9 days later, the tube hasn't arrived.

The bike arrived disassembled, without spare parts. I spent a decent amount of time buying the necessary tools. collected it, and what do you think? This misunderstanding makes annoying rustling sounds when driving. my Sunday is ruined, and besides, they didn't let me return it at the local store, although the returns page states that I can return it at ANY Walmart

I really like the color. The bike is made in China and was shipped from Long Beach, CA port. The box beaten up really bad after the cross country trip. It is heavier than I was expecting from an aluminum frame and wheels. FedEx ignores the THIS SIDE UP on the box. People just don't care anymore.
