Genesis Krome 20 BMX Bike

Its definitely one of a color. Every kids in the neighborhood checks on it Overall, i see bike is solid made, smooth operating All i could have hope more for cushioned seat which actually very few companies provide on kids bikes Net net, happy replacing 16 inch to 20 inch for my grade schooler

We had to reorder a different bike because the first one was delivered and did not have all of the parts. This time the bike was completely wrapped without any damage to the box. We will have to see how it rides once it warms up. But over all it looks great and we think our little one will love it.

Had to buy 2 to get a good one. The first arrived with scratches, a front fork that was bent in so the front wheel could not be installed (THIS IS A COMMON COMPLAINT), a front wheel with bearings that you could feel grinding and adding friction, and a broken rear reflector. The support contact was dodgy - phone number just tells you to call during their open hours - including during those hours. Online support has a very nice form to fill out buuuuut no way to submit it. Fortunately, the online chat DOES get you a support person. Here is the next catch - all parts are back ordered indefinitely and are only flat black, not the pretty color you bought the bike for. The chat person was very friendly and apologetic for what its worth. So your best bet then is to return it to Walmart. Thankfully Walmart is outstanding when it comes to returns. Second bike arrived nearly perfect, just a minor scratch or two but no biggie. Easy assembly very quick to put together with basic tools. Hardest part is the brakes. Instructions are passable but cover multiple models and leave some to the imagination. If you get good parts and get it together, its priced about right and our 7yo is thrilled with it to no end. If I gave this as a gift I would plan to buy early in case you get a dud and plan to assemble it before you hand it over to a child who will unlikely want to find out their new bike needs to be exchanged it it may be a week or more before they can use it.

Item was left on the ground and got wet

THE BIKE ARRIVED IN A VERY DAMAGED BOX AND WALMART SAID PACK IT UP AND BRING IT BACK TO FEDEX. I SAID MY DAUGHTER LIVES BY HERSELF WITH KIDS AND WAS UNABLE TO DO THAT., SHE GOT THE BIKE OT OF THE BOX AND IT IS A BEAUTY BUT ALL SCRATCHED UP AND HOPEFULLY IT IS WORKING PROPERLY. IT IS A PRESENT FOR MY GRANDSON SO I WILL NOT KNOW UNTIL NEXT WEEK.,.. WALMART HANDLED IT VERY POORLY AND FEDEX WAS WORSE..

The front inner tube was popped when we received it. And we already assembled it.

Product was damaged on arrival due to shipping and handling . Was Not impressed with instructions or assembly and there were holes in the shipping box when it arrived.

bought as a bday gift for my nephew and part of the bike bent with a pot hole ok i guess cuz it was cheap but atleast nothing structural bent

Difficult to assemble and tire is low after one ride. My son liked the color but the brake wires in the front could be better placed somewhere else or shorter.

Box arrived torn up and taped back together (like a return). Bike was semi put together but the instructions weren't clear about how to put it together based on the condition the bike arrived in. Pretty sure there were parts missing. The color is beautiful and the bike is a good size from what we could tell. I would only recommend in store purchase only. DO NOT have it shipped.
