3-D online assembly guide is an awesome step forward from the old paper copy's, it was a huge help to be able to tap on the different screws and bolts to see exactly which ones it was and rotate the image to get it right the first time. Loving the Grill performance just got it third time I've cooked with it, loving the versatility of being able to switch from a grill to a griddle. Excited about doing more cooking outside, especially during our Fourth of July family get-togethers!

Plenty of space for feeding a crowd or cooking large items like a Thanksgiving turkey. Heats up fast, has great temperature control, plus has a seer burner for extra high searing heat when needed. Love the WiFi connected sensors to let me know when the grill is heated up or when the meat is ready - wherever I am, so I don't have to stay glued to the grill. I've used Weber for years. They last and last, and are well worth every penny. Can't see switching to any other brand.

This thing is awesome. My last Genesis was 10 years old. Still worked but it was time for an upgrade. After ALOT of research I chose this. It is a lot larger than my other genesis. I love the digital panel and options. It's just a very good grill.

This is my 4th Weber. I was anxious to get this new model but was very disappointed with the documentation and instructions for use. There is no real directions on how to use the new Smart features and panel. Also disappointed prior to purchasing this grill I called to get a technical questions answered. Was transferred to an Indian operator who was clueless. I thought Weber is AMERICAN MADE so why is support in India? All said I am a Weber fan and will figure it out in time.

Absolutely fantastic product. Unfortunately, rusts and corrosion lets it down.

Nice grill but while the cavity gets really hot, the temperature on the grids does not. You shouldn't have to use the sear zone to get good color on a burger.

this gas grill is ok. the electronic were hanging down; they must have not been connected adequately. the manual is not easy to follow. I'm having a hard time connecting the power cord to the unit. I was expecting more for a high priced grill.

I love the grill, and was intentional about purchasing the tech package. However, when it is raining, I don't use the tech package because I don't want the cord to be plugged in and get wet. Unfortunately, you can only read the temperature of the grill from the electronic panel when the grill is plugged in. It is lacking a traditional thermometer in the hood as non-tech grills come with so you can gauge temperature when not plugged in.

Nothing but problems from day one the lights work so I called customer service after about 10 emails back-and-forth they sent me knobs which had nothing to do with the problem. Within the week of me using it, the flavor bars rusted the lights went from flickering to not working at all with red indicators on the display.back-and-forth with emails for over a month to get nowhere. Had to return it to Home Depot I exchange it for the base model cause they didn't have the same model Weber‘s customer service is nowhere near what it used to be. I'm about to return the second grill doubt I'll buy another Webber

My family has always purchased & loved Weber grills. They used to last a decade if not more. Unfortunately, like so many other products, the quality has dropped significantly. First, I had to replace the regulator hose that connects to the propane tank bc was not working properly. Then, the door of the chassis came apart (was kept together w/ glue!). Finally, the temperature markings that are labeled next to the dials started coming off. I was told that was cosmetic BUT isnt it important to know what temperature you are setting the knobs to?
