Since I am 100% for natural medicine, I love the fact that it's clean despite it being acetaminophen. When I opened the bottle to take a pill, I thought the pills looked too big to swallow. I hate taking pills as they usually get stuck in my throat so I dreaded to take it. However, it went down with no problem! It was a cinch! I heard of Genexa from a blog that I follow and have only used their infant acetaminophen. Well it definitely works and took away my lower back pain that I regularly get since giving birth.

Regular acetaminophen always gave me a strange taste in my mouth and an even stranger burning sensation in my nose. Genexa acetaminophen DOES NOT do this to me! It is still effective and works on my pain. I can't help but wonder what it was in the other brands that did this to me. Now I know it was because of a unnecessary ingredient! Genexa works, and works well.

I think it's a shame it's so difficult to find medications without all the junk (food coloring, silica, etc.) added to them. I have heard it suggested that a reason for the coloring, at least, might be that they're necessary for identification of the medicines, but, as seen with this medicine, tablets at least can be made identifiable by engraving the pills with numbers/letters. I guess the case may still be made for medications that need to be in gel capsule form and things like that. Still, it concerns and frustrates me that things that are made to help us heal and get well “must” contain such sketchy, possibly (and, in my opinion, probably) harmful ingredients. Thankfully, this brand exists, and I can at least get a pain reliever that's clean! In my experience, it's just as effective in strength as I remember Tylenol being. However, I will admit that it doesn't last as long as the extended-release Tylenol, so one would have to take them more often for lingering headaches and things like that. With that, I conclude that I am very grateful for this option, but would also be all the more grateful if they had an extended-release version!
