I received a bottle of Kid's Pain & Fever from Genexa in exchange for my honest review. It came in well packed and sealed. This medicine is good for kids ages 2 to 11. This has acetaminophen has no artificial fillers. I've got the organic Blueberry flavor. This oral suspension is indeed good for kids and works as it should.

This childrens pain reliever by Genexa is just the kind of product I can feel good about giving to my children. I doesn't have all of the artificial ingredients in it that the other brands do. My children don't complain about the flavor and it works well. I would highly recommend Genexa.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product at the perfect time. Our family all got sick a few days after we received this. High fevers, headaches & aches and we started giving this to our sons. It definitely helped maintain their fevers, headaches, & aches. I love the fact that this has no allergens, dyes, or parabens which is great with our youngest son having sensitivities. Our sons loved the flavor and didn't give us a hard time taking it due to the taste. I definitely recommend this product.

I am very satisfied with this product. It helps with pain and fever for my daughter the same way Tylenol did, except without all the bad ingredients added. Great product with only the necessary ingredients. It works and I feel good about giving it to my children.

As a parent, I love the idea of a clean version of kids pain and fever medication. As a parent of two kids, we never know when they will need this. And having a cleaner option - with less ingredients, no artificial colors or flavors, and no fillers - is always great. The cherry flavor is also particularly interesting. One of my kids was really excited about the flavor, he loves cherry. The other was not a huge fan, but he is not a huge fan of any medicine at all, so between having a cleaner version and a regular version, I would go with this one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that there are no fake colors or fake flavoring added to this. It smells so good when you open it - flavored with organic blueberries. My daughter knows when she needs to take meds and always runs away. But, after she tasted this she actually asked for more hahaha. I feel way better giving her this pain & fever meds than the ones with fake ingredients.

Preschooler hates the taste and refuses to have anything to do with it, but at least i have something for those all too common early fevers.
