Genicook 2-Piece Borosilicate Glass Measuring Cup Set with Secure Snap Lids

I did have a problem with my bowl, and Genicook was very responsive in fixing the issue. I hope to enjoy these bowls for a long time . They seem to be very useful. They also seem to have other items in their company that look like good Investments. I look forward to trying them out.

These are the BEST measuring cups ever! Lightweight, easy to read, and the 3-way pour spouts are fabulous!

Theyre great I love them the only drawback is there's no handle so that makes it a bit more difficult.

Like the size of them. Easy to see the measurements. Like the lids so that I can melt items in them.

Great locking lids. Freezer/refrig/microwave a plus. Unfortunately, this week, I dropped smaller container, taking out of refrig, and it broke. That is on me. I never dropped the larger container. Maybe they could also offer a design with a handle?

I bought this to bulk ferment sourdough. I've been using my Anchor Hocking 8cup glass measuring cup, but as it was spending too much time in the fridge, I was planning on getting another, until I saw this set. I tried the "unloaf", and it rose above the rim by next day, but it was fine. I'd say a 500g or smaller loaf, would double perfectly in this! I also love that it has a nice lid to set on top while fermenting or to snap tight when storing leftovers (and the smaller size is just a bonus). I'm not sure how well the measuring lines will hold up as they are not embossed, but they are easier to read and seem similar to the Farberware cups, which have never faded/washed off on me.

I love these lidded measuring bowls. I do a lot of advance prep on more complicated recipes so I'm not stuck in the kitchen for an extended time all at once. These allow me, for example, to mix the wet ingredients for muffins and keep it in the fridge until I'm ready to measure out the dry ingredients and bake. They're also great for marinating, letting dough rise, etc. Mine are in use nearly every day -- not an item that will sit in the back of your cupboard rarely used.

a There are several things that I like about this set, but I will start with the one and only thing I didn't like--no handles. But I knew that when I bought them, I like the two sizes. and that there are only two, More would take up too much room. The markings are crystal clear. And one other thing I like is that they have those wonderful locking lids, This is a neat little set.

I didn't like how many parts come off on a simple lid. The gasket comes off there's a vent cover thing that also opens it's too much. Also the lid I think is glass also. I wanted this to share a soup I make with my neighbor during the holidays but I didn't like the design. The return policy expired so I am stuck with them and they were so expensive.
