Coconut, pulling oil
I feel like overtime. It has whiten my teeth a little bit. I use it instead of mouthwash because it does have an antibacterial effect.

Oil pulling
It honestly doesn't have a taste and I was hoping it would be a little more minty. The oily feeling is hard to get past.

Might work if it came in one piece. I returned ot
I didn't get to use this item because it was delivered damaged. I ordered a replacement and it was also damaged. The box was covered in oil from where it leaked out. My sister recommended this product but I can't seem to get it to me in one piece.
