Sadly what was in the kit didn't match the instructions. I wasn't able to mold the rubber mold that was enclosed as instructed. It didn't have a holder for the rubber mold. The good part is the company accepts returns.

Never arrived, then changed the charged amount on my card. I got an unauthorized charge that was declined thank God my card was locked, but not only that, about , 10 mins later they decided to "Update charged amount" which was allowed due to policies was allowed, so weather my card was locked or not they can do this and charge more! Which is how I know it's them because I've only used my card for Walmart one time and it was this item..... I want a refund immediately! On top of that I never received the item!!!

Received the product yesterday, in packaging that had been used previously. Carelessly thrown together in the unsanitary bag were the articles listed in the product description. I thought: "and they expect me to put this %$%23@ in my mouth!!!!". I will be returning the product for a refund.

The teeth tray does not mold to teeth. Followed instructions and nothing. It was not different after putting in post boiling water and "molding' to teeth then before. LED light does not work.

I've only had it less than two weeks and the light has gone out
