GentleBen is wonderful relaxing series
I bought this because so cheap but I am sure glad I did! It is delightful! I just love it and aside from a few dated hairstyles, and the brown appliances in the family kitchen, it is better than anything on nowadays. I love the political uncorrectness too! Such as when Dennis Weaver says to his wife in reference to a threatening hurricane "They're tricky! Why do you think they name them after women? Ever hear of a hurricane named Sam?" Now, some of today's sour heads would take offense to that and start breaking their DVD player and go on shows threatening lawsuits! Always needing something ridiculous to be mad at! Well, for all the rest of you normal happy people, this is a charming, sweet, lovely and entertaining series. Bet you can't watch it just once! It is a winner! And the whole family can watch and you won't have to cover anyone's eyes or ears! Dennis Weaver is perfect in his role as the Dad, Rance Howard is "Boom"(real dad of Ron

AWESOME SHOW
This is a wonderful program for the entire family. Love all the animals that are shown on the show. Don't have to worry about inappropriate language or compromising scenes that would not be appropriate for young watchers. My cat literally sits on our coffee table and watches it intensely. She loves the show. So she would really give it a thumbs up (or in her case, a claw up)! Great show!
