I haven't been able to use the product not because it's defective, but I have got to figure out how to peel the backing off it before I can use it and that's about it

I was extremely pleased with the quality of my checkbook cover. The leather is a fine grade of cowhide, better than I expected.

Leather is always better
It is leather and seems to be well-stitched. The plastic is not all thick as my old check book cover, so only time will tell.

I did not receive the item, waited a few days from getting the "item delivered" email, then called customer service. Excellent agent handled my complaint and request to order a replacement. Then over the weekend I got a totally unacceptable email from Walmart Customer Care, saying that the item was delivered correctly because the carrier (USPS) had marked the item as delivered. My guess is that the carrier delivered to a wrong apartment, lost it, or maybe took it him/herself. In any case, the mistake was made by USPS, not by me. If you don't change your mind and issue me a refund, I will no longer purchase Walmart online. Thank you!!
