I have had a set of these for 7 years in my truck. When I got my car I got another set for it. They help protect my interior and keep my vehicles cool. Easy to use and fold up enough to slide between the seat and console.

Great sunshade for your car! They are the perfect size that fits our SUVs and truck. It keeps the car cooler and protects the dash and interior. It truly makes a difference in the heat of the summer. Everyone would benefit from having these shades. Good quality and effective!

A little more expensive, but worth it. Does a great job of blocking out the heat coming in my front windshield.

The Dickies Canvas Black Twist Sunshades do the job. Here in Texas it has been 100 degrees or higher each day. The parking lot at work is in full sun, so my dashboard will say it is 113 degrees outside. The Dickies sunshade will keep the interior at 80 degrees, and the bottled water I leave in the car from when I arrive at work will still be cool at lunch time. The steering wheel, seat and seatbelts are not hot. This does better than the previous sunshade I was using. One con for people in extreme temperature climates like myself - the sunshades became more floppy after the first day. On the second week, they have not stretched any more, but are not like new out of the box.

I live in Indiana and it gets hot here, we had high 90's all week! My steering wheel got so hot I couldn't touch it. I got the 2-pack Sunshades by Dickies and these shades work great! I only use 1 of them to place it on drivers side. I have no more problems to touch the steering wheel, even if my car parks for hours in the sun. Love the sunshades!

If you have a dark car interior or live in a hot climate, sunshades are a must. Even though I only need this in the summer where I live, still good to have. This pair of sunshades is nice because its black rather than the reflective silver that is so common. It still has reflective material on the backside, but it can't be seen clearly from outside the car. They are fairly well made (canvas type material) and they fold up compactly enough that they can be neatly tucked in the backseat pocket. It was a little tricky to figure out how to fold it at first, but there's a tag with instructions. Because it's two separate pieces, you can easily adjust it to fit your windshield regardless of the make of your car. Based on my experience, it fits fine in a 4 door sedan type car. The Dickies logo is smallish and in the corner, not too prominent. While I wouldn't have expected this company to make car accessories, these shades are nice and they keep the car cool enough. It's great to not get blasted in the face by a puff of scorching hot air after your car has been parked in the sun.

These sunshade come in 2 pieces that fit perfectly in our pickup truck windows. We have to leave the truck parked in the hot sun all day and with it being summer it gets hot! But now that we use theses sunshade we don't dread getting in after it's set out in the sun all day. They look really nice and are so easy to put up and take down. All you have to do is unwrap them and they open right up and taking them down is just as easy. Just use the little strap to hold them together for easy storage until you need them again. They don't take up a lot of room like some of those bulky sunshade on the market either. I give these sunshade 5 stars because they are great! They keep our vehicle so much cooler now. I've tried a lot of sunshade and these are the best by far!

The Genuine Dickies Canvas Black Twist Sunshades, 2 Pack is a great product for protecting your car’s interior and helping to keep your car cooler when parked in the sun. The two folding shade's are slightly rectangular shaped, which helps to fit them so that they cover your entire windshield and allows for fitting around a windshield-mounted rear view mirror. The shape of these shades allows them to be installed either horizontally or vertically to ensure a snug and completely covering fit. The outside seams of each shade has a bendable, springy metal strip to keep them fully extended and open to aid in their ability to stay in place when used and also allows for the easy twist action required for collapsing them into their small storage configuration. The front side of the shades are made from a black fabric, while the back contains a silver metallic-like fabric which repels the sunlight and heat radiating through the windshield. When folding them up, there is a small tag in each one that shows where to hold them and how to fold them back up into their round little shapes. Using the elastic loop to hold the folded shades in their storage configuration is a great convenience. I've only used these a couple times during 90° heat to test these and they really work well to protect and keep your interior surfaces much cooler than if they were exposed to direct sunlight. This is a great, easy to use, product that many people will rely upon to protect their cars and prevent extremely hot surfaces.

Bought again after a great experience with the first one

Was not a good fit for my van. Tried several ways to arrange the separate panels but rearview mirror caused problems. I can say the panels were definitely able to keep the steering wheel from being uncomfortably hot! I also had problem with twisting the shades for storage while driving. Gave up and laid them behind the seat. Probably would have less problem with practice.
