This sunshade is very well constructed. With the accordion design it is quite easy to fold/unfold and has a very easy to use buckle strap. Its sturdiness should hold up well to the intense high desert sun of New Mexico where I reside. Although this sunshade is intended for trucks I will be using it in my 2013 Honda Civic. As Civic owners know, the windshields are huge and it is difficult to find proper fitting sunshades. This Dickies Universal Truck Sunshade works quite well being only a couple inches short of total vertical coverage. The solid construction and use of lowered sun visors to hold it in place will be much more effective in keeping out the sun/heat than a flimsy fabric fold up windshield cover. I use and recommend this product!

The Dickie Accordion Sunshade is simple to unfold and use. It definitely makes a difference in the interiors temperature. When removed it easily folds back up and has a nifty built in strap and buckle that keeps it from unfolding. The Dickies Sunshade is heavy duty shade which should last you for years. If you want to keep your trucks interior cooler and protect it from sun/uv damage, you won't find a better sunshade then this Dickies Sunshade.

I am reviewing the Genuine Dickies Accordian Sun Shade made for trucks. It gets very hot in Alabama and I have to park my truck in the open sunshine each day at work. Normally when I get in the truck at the end of the day it is scorcher. Everything is very hot. I installed this Sun Shade for Trucks for the first time a few days ago. It has a nice accordion fold that makes it easy to open and close up for storing inside the truck. I found it was easy to put in place and easy to take down. When I get in my truck now at the end of the day it is much, much cooler. The packaging says it keeps it up to 44 degrees cooler. I believe it. It also blocks damaging UV Rays I would recommend you get one if you park in the sunshine

I purchased the Genuine Dickies Universal Auto Sun Shade for Trucks (Black) for my husband's Ford F-150. The sunscreen fits the windshield perfectly. The sun visors help hold the sunscreen in place. The sunscreen reduces the temperature in the parked vehicle. The sunscreen folds in an accordion style and has a plastic type buckle to keep it in a neat folded style. I am very pleased with this sunscreen and highly recommend it for Ford F-150 trucks.

This is made for full size trucks so don't expect it to fit your smaller ones. Works great in our 2007 Toyota Sienna but to big for the Tacoma. I really like the fact it has a buckle and a strap to hold it together for storage as it makes it much easier than a bag. Tucks out of the way easily and sets up fast. Works great to at keeping the sun out and the heat down. Well worth getting.

This is awesome. Finally a shade that is the right size for a large truck/SUV. I have struggled for years to keep the "car size" sun shade in my truck window but now this product solves that problem. Fits perfectly in the window of my truck and SUV. Well made shade.

Very well made. Sturdy. Nice sewn trim and a faux-leather buckle and strap to hold together when not in use. Problem is, although it "fits most trucks", it does not fit a first-generation 2003 Toyota Tundra. It's way too big. Probably will work fine if your truck is one of those huge rolling cigar lounges.

This is a nice sunshade. It keeps the car cooler, which says a lot in a Nevada summer where the day time temps don't go below 100 degrees. It is well made and sturdy. It goes up easy but it would be nice to have memory wire in it so I would not have to spread it out. It fits my truck well, Ram 1500. I like it.

This is the first time I have owned a windshield shade. It comes with no directions and you would think it was a no-brainer, but some of us are slower than others. I put this up and was disappointed at first. It was difficult to get around the rear view mirror (and still is a bit) and it wouldn't stay up against the windshield. I had to look at other reviews and reviewers pictures to realize you need to incorporate my trucks sun visors to keep this up. Once I got that all figured out and put it up a few times it works pretty slick. It keeps my truck cab cooler and I like that each end has a felt like material so it isn't hot to the touch as the silver parts when taking it down. I would have given it 3 stars before I looked at other review pics, not too many things are a perfect 5 stars, so I will leave this at 4. I have 2 motorcycles, so I don't drive my truck too much in the summer, but this will come in handy in the summer months when I do drive it.
