Great shade for your windshield. I got one beef, though: the color is more of a light grey than it is white. Easy to install, easy to store.

It definitely helps keep my vehicle cooler. The problem I have is trying to fold it when not in use. They need to come up with a better design for folding because they are large.

This Dickies magic shade is excellent. They are two pieces. They are very flexible. Works well in windshield. Easy to install just push up against windshield and let visors down. This is wonderful protection of your dash and interior. Keeps your vehicle from being so hot to.

This foldable sun protector is a really cool idea for your car. Take 5 minutes to understand how the shade can be folded into a taco and then literally into a flat circle and you keep it all together with an elastic band and then you can store it under your car seat to use the next time it is a very hot day and you are trying to keep your car interior cool. Highly recommend!

These are great, specially in warmer weather in the summertime when your car gets too hot. They do fit my Ford explore. I do put the visors down to hold them perfectly in place. They are easy to roll back up into a circle and they do have the strap that holds them. But I don’t use the strap that often because I put them right behind the passenger seat in the pocket. I use them mainly in warmer weather, the summertime. Being in South Dakota, I don’t need to use them year-round. But if I didn’t have them in the summertime, the steering wheel gets so hot, and please do reflect the heat and the sun.

Came with two in a pack, they both easily covered the entire span of front window in car. I was kind of surprised when I got back into the car a couple days later, was a hot day, expected car to be hot and stuffy but it wasn't. Nothing about the product said it would keep the car cool, but maybe it helped.

I have had numerous of these 'pop up' window shades over the years. After a few times of use I have managed to bend the metal frame and render them useless. Then I bought another. I decided to try these again, I will admit, because I like the idea of a white shade (to go with the white car). I had to look hard, because the white almost looks the same as the silver. When I went to 'fold' them up I noticed the little tags...on for each hand. It said to fold like taco and twist. And.....bravo.....it worked! I am hoping they will last longer than the others now that I have the technique down.

I received this item for free in exchange for a review through the Walmart reviewer program. It is a genuine Dickies brand magic shade in arctic white. The product arrived with the two pieces folded in half together and held together by an elastic band that is sewn to one of the two shade pieces. They unfolded easily and I was able to pop then up into my car wind shield very quickly and easily. The reinforced edges combined with them being held up behind my rear view mirror kept them snugly in place. I have no fear of them falling when up and it creates some nice shady privacy in my car which is especially nice when I go out to my car on breaks at work. I am testing the item in the winter time In the southern United States so it does already help some with keeping my car cooler and darker inside but I havnt been able to test the full election of the item like I will be able to in the summer when we can reach triple digit heat. As stated previously, the magic shade does make my car darker and cooler, but they're both a thin layer of some kind of synthetic material and they do let some light through them, a little more than I had expected. I think that may be a trade off for them being so light weight and easy so fold and store. Another thing that I think is important to note is that they fit great on my front windshield but will not stay up on my back wind shield as there is no mirror in the middle to hold them up. Therefore I would not recommend buying two sets for one vehicle in the hopes of using them for the front and back. It's easy to take down but takes a little bit of wrestling with it to fold it back up right. If done in a realistic amount of time, you can get it folded back up righ5 but it's just not going to be as neat or pretty as it was folded when it arrived. I find myself tossing them unfolded in the back seat or passenger floorboard of my car some mornings as I just don't have time to wrestle with them before work. I think they're a great item to have and do their intended job. Because of that I do recommend them but would like to see them be a little bit better at blocking out more light.

Bought to use in trailer/Rv windows for insulation and shading. Fabric is really too thin and doesnt have silvery coating either to deflect sun to give much cooling effect. The wire is very unruly if youre trying to fit in slightly different size than its original shape and wont stay put during travel.

These look great and seem great when you open them, but then it comes a point when you'd like to fold them and tuck them under the seat. These are impossible to fold back to how they opened. Had I known, I would have tried to memorize the intricate way of how it opened up out of the paper holding them closed. Although, even then, I probably wouldn't have remembered.
