Genuine Dickies White with Black Corners Magic Foldable Sunshade, 41298WDI

This foldable sun protector is a really cool idea for your car. Take 5 minutes to understand how the shade can be folded into a taco and then literally into a flat circle and you keep it all together with an elastic band and then you can store it under your car seat to use the next time it is a very hot day and you are trying to keep your car interior cool. Highly recommend!

These are great, specially in warmer weather in the summertime when your car gets too hot. They do fit my Ford explore. I do put the visors down to hold them perfectly in place. They are easy to roll back up into a circle and they do have the strap that holds them. But I don’t use the strap that often because I put them right behind the passenger seat in the pocket. I use them mainly in warmer weather, the summertime. Being in South Dakota, I don’t need to use them year-round. But if I didn’t have them in the summertime, the steering wheel gets so hot, and please do reflect the heat and the sun.

For some reason I always have a hard time getting a good fit on a quality UV shade. Genuine Dickies Magic Shade not only fits the windshield of my RAM truck, but also folds into a nice small package with instructions attached. The dimension on this one is 32.5 x 28.5, and it's "tension" adjustable for smaller fits. I enjoy the quality so much, I'll be ordering another one for my wife's mustang.

This Dickies magic shade is excellent. They are two pieces. They are very flexible. Works well in windshield. Easy to install just push up against windshield and let visors down. This is wonderful protection of your dash and interior. Keeps your vehicle from being so hot to.

The Dickies sun shades are well made and large enough for my SUV windshield. The shades are held in place on the windshield with the car's visors which makes them a cinch to install. They fold up for easy storage and unfold in a matter of seconds. These shades protect the car's interior from fading and will help the car stay cooler in hot summer months. The only issue I had was learning how to refold the shades for storage. There is a trick to doing this, and with a little practice you become expert at refolding. I recommend the Dickies Foldable sun shades for anyone who has to park a vehicle in an outdoor space.

I am really enjoying these sunshades. First they are lightweight and come bundled in a small package. When released, they deploy into 2 rectangles large enough to cover most windshields if placed side-by-side. There is a noticeable difference in the temperature of my car when using these; it is much cooler and the air conditioning doesn't have to work so hard cooling off the interior of the car. I also feel good about the UV protection these sunshades provide to the dash. Once it's time to drive, just twist these into a circle, bind them with the attached bungee…easy, and handy to stow. Some cars that have a rear view mirror mounted on the windshield don't fit the sunshades that are one piece. Since this sunshade is two pieces, it solves that problem. (See picture)

These are really nice sun shades for my car. What I like about them is that there are two that come in the pack, they're light, and they are easy to fold, and are quite compact. Here are the dimensions of the shades: 80 cm x 72.4cm they're not a perfect square, but they dont need to be, and I use them side by side (some some overlap in the middle) to cover the front of my car. I want to keep the sun off my dash as much as possible, and this product is perfect for that. Overall, very satisfied with this product.

I ordered these because they are white so they would match my white car, but they really aren't white like I anticipated, they're more of a silver. But they're still nice and they fit my sedan well. I kind of like having the black corners as a reference point because sometimes with my old ones it was hard to tell which direction they were supposed to go, so seeing the black corners helps with that.

I received this item for free in exchange for a review through the Walmart reviewer program. It is a genuine Dickies brand magic shade in arctic white. The product arrived with the two pieces folded in half together and held together by an elastic band that is sewn to one of the two shade pieces. They unfolded easily and I was able to pop then up into my car wind shield very quickly and easily. The reinforced edges combined with them being held up behind my rear view mirror kept them snugly in place. I have no fear of them falling when up and it creates some nice shady privacy in my car which is especially nice when I go out to my car on breaks at work. I am testing the item in the winter time In the southern United States so it does already help some with keeping my car cooler and darker inside but I havnt been able to test the full election of the item like I will be able to in the summer when we can reach triple digit heat. As stated previously, the magic shade does make my car darker and cooler, but they're both a thin layer of some kind of synthetic material and they do let some light through them, a little more than I had expected. I think that may be a trade off for them being so light weight and easy so fold and store. Another thing that I think is important to note is that they fit great on my front windshield but will not stay up on my back wind shield as there is no mirror in the middle to hold them up. Therefore I would not recommend buying two sets for one vehicle in the hopes of using them for the front and back. It's easy to take down but takes a little bit of wrestling with it to fold it back up right. If done in a realistic amount of time, you can get it folded back up righ5 but it's just not going to be as neat or pretty as it was folded when it arrived. I find myself tossing them unfolded in the back seat or passenger floorboard of my car some mornings as I just don't have time to wrestle with them before work. I think they're a great item to have and do their intended job. Because of that I do recommend them but would like to see them be a little bit better at blocking out more light.

I'm not sure if these sun shades just don't fit my car correctly or if it's user error, but they don't work for my vehicle. I can't get them to stay up on the windshield. I have a 2018 Honda crv. They keep falling down onto the dashboard. I also can't find where it's magnetic or what the magnets would even do. I wouldn't recommend.
