Genuine Frigidaire 242126602 Refrigerator Lower Door Shelf Bin

Just bought these last week but so far so good! Snapped into place easily and securely. Just hoping they last!

The original lower door bin in my fridge broke when a can of bisquits exploded. I tried another site to get the replacement bin, but what they sent me was totally not the right one. I am so glad Walmart was able to help me out!

The refrigerator lower door shelf bin absolutely was genuine, it fit exactly where it was supposed to fit and cost less to order through Walmart than it did through Frigidaire's website!

I bought this Frigidaire refrigerator shelves just because I had no other choice, the original shelves that came with the new refrigerator broke after 2-3 weeks of usage, by the time I called Frigidaire, Customer service rep said that the shelves were under a month only warranty and I had to pay myself to get them replaced, my previous refrigerator was an Amana that had really sturdy plastic shelves that after 13 years of usage they even had a scratch or a cracked, even do Amana is the less expensive version of Frigidaire but it happened to be much better than the Frigidaire.

On the plus side, this bin fits perfectly. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, these are packaged poorly, and the 2nd bin i ordered arrived broken. I ordered a replacement. We'll see if that arrives intact. If not for the broken bin, I would've rated higher.

I would rate it higher if I had not had to buy one to replace the one that broke before it. But, what can I say, its a shelf on a fridge door. It holds stuff. It holds stuff so well, until it breaks... then it doesnt.

The same flimsy brittle plastic my fridge came with, an exact replacement. I wish Frigidaire made it a more study product but so long as my fridge goes, I guess I'll accept this as cost of ownership.

These shelf units are very expensive for what they are and we ordered two of them because the original ones only lasted three years. One of the two I ordered shattered and the other has cracks in the corners in less than 10 months! I do not recommend!

This item broke (again) in just 8 months. Refrigerator is just over a year old, this is the second time this bin has broken. Another bin also broke. Cheap stuff, I think.
