Worth every penny. It's beautifully finished. Sturdy construction and real leather, not bonded. Thick hide that will hold up for years. And has an elegant design and size that doesn't look like a grandpa chair. Only one thing to beware of. It doesn't have a side lever for adjusting extension. Its all by body movement. For me thats not a problem. Its not hard. But for someone with physical limitations or pain this might not be the best choice. Just thought you should know.

Very nice quality, easy and quick to put together (I'm and old lady). Very well packed, and it's a good thing because Fedex guy dragged the box through the mud and left it in the rain. The box was soaked and fell apart. The chair was double wrapped in plastic and was unharmed.

Looking at this recliner, it appears to be beautiful and stylish. However, I returned the chair because it is poorly constructed. When I sat in it, I could feel side-to-side movement and a wobbly motion that I think would result in the chair not holding up long-term. Given that it is a push-back style chair, over time the repeated pressure on the chair's frame would make the chair unstable and uncomfortable. It's a shame because the color and style are perfect. If the framework of the chair had been better built, perhaps with heavier wood, I might have kept the chair. I would like to add that I appreciate that I could return the chair for free, and Fed Ex even picked up the chair at no expense to me.

Hard chair. Uncomfortable. Sit up high. Skinny arms. Small tear in the back of chair. Gap in back. Dark brown, was expecting a slightly lighter shade of leather brown.
