Genuine Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Controller

Ordered from Gamestop, the controller was defective. I even lost out the money I paid for shipping, returning it in store. So then I ordered from Walmart, and there wasn't an issue, and it works perfectly.

Works as advertised, always buy original products for your gaming system. Some companies say their products works but most of the time they don't. I recommend this controller from ConsoleReplay if you cant get it from anywhere else.

Works great, and connected well with Xbox with no issues!

Pretty quick shipping. Only came in a mailer envelope, would have preferred a box since it's kind of a fragile thing.

Serves its purpose but don't think it's new. It maybe a renewed controller but not new. One of the buttons trigger button sticks.

Good controller but for the price it should of had a rechargeable battery pack. Just not worth the money.

The package arrived extremely poorly packaged and honestly looked unprofessional. The controller was placed in nothing more than a plastic bag and then shipped inside a simple paper bag with absolutely no protective padding or proper packaging. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have purchased the same type of controller directly from a Walmart store before, and it came properly packaged in a box with a manual and even a set of batteries. This one arrived with none of those items and was simply thrown into a paper bag with virtually no protection. This was my first time using this service, and after receiving an item packaged this way, I would seriously reconsider using it again. I have purchased items from other platforms for less than $60 and have never received anything packaged this poorly. A controller is an electronic device and should be packaged appropriately to prevent damage during shipping. Walmart needs to do much better when it comes to properly packaging and protecting customers' purchases. This level of packaging is simply unacceptable.

I wouldn't know because I did not receive my it. process of trying to get my money back.

They say its an original and its supposed to come in its original box, it came in a bubble bag ONLY! Made me sick to my stomach every time I tried using it, so I had to return it.

I would like to do a return because one of the controllers is not working properly.
