Part was exactly as described. Was not a knockoff

I was surprised to find an igniter on Walmart! It was exactly as needed for a diy repair and was delivered as promised.

This part was compatible for my gas furnace I saved allot of money an repair guy wanted 99.00 for the part. And installation fee of 189.00. This part was 39.00 online labeled for a gas furnace but labeled for a gas dryer it was 11.00 same exact part.

There was zero reason to have received a broken part; the box it arrived in didn't have so much as a dent. The clear plastic packaging that it comes in also didn't have so much as a dent, yet it was plainly obvious that the filament or whatever it is called was broken. There were the 2 outer prongs %26 the inner prongs were broken completely off %26 flopping around inside the package. The item was also very securely held within the package, so it wasn't jostling around in there. That means someone looked at it, could fully see that it was a broken part, %26 opted to ship it anyway. I've been without a dryer 2 days now %26 Walmart doesn't offer expedited shipping even if it's THEIR fault, so I have to now find somewhere that sells it locally because I'm not risking having another ordered from Walmart just to be in the same position a few days from now. In fact, I plan to avoid buying anything at all from Walmart online at any point in the future. The first photo is what I received %26 the second is what the part is supposed to look like.

The price was good, however it would have been better if it hadn't been delivered in condition that made it completely unusable with the damage being highly visible and noticed immediately without even opening the packaging.
