Dryer was stopping mid cycle constantly. I would have to wait about 10 min then could restart only to have it stop again...replaced with this motor...and problem soloved! Tricky to replace if you don't know how but very easy if you Google and watch you tube video on the subject. Beats replacing the drier!

This is a direct replacement. I could not beat the price and the time from ordered to received was great. I would highly recommend this for the whirlpool ler5636eq2 dryer.

Arrived in 3 business days, fit just like original. Original and replacement wiring block were different, replacement wiring instruction were not real clear but both had numbers corresponding to connections on leads. Dryer runs like new

This was a direct rplacement for the motor in my old Kenmore dryer. Other than having to change the ends (supplied) on two of the wires, it was a relatively easy job. The printed instructions that came with the part were spot on. I would recommend ordering any available part via Walmart, especially if you can use the free Ship-to-Store option.

Very disappointed: Not new! Not what was pictured. Got old motor cut apart and put back together with J B Weld. Could have bought a junk motor for $30.00 less.
