Finally found some mushroom ketchup!
I was so excited to find this mushroom ketchup on the Walmart website. I've been trying to get some since shortly before Covid but getting imported products became very difficult. If you've never had mushroom ketchup before, I will tell you it does not have the consistency of an American ketchup (thick, viscus). It's more like a Worcestershire sauce. It's got a tangy flavor. I bought it for some old Irish recipes. I'll be trying it in some other dishes as well.
