I used this to cook some pork steaks. This thing was pretty easy to put together. We used it in the house on the base just to see how everything went together. The grill itself clips right on to the base so you don't have to worry about it coming off while cooking. The size of the grill is a nice size, not too small or not too big. Pork steaks came out very tasty. Cleaning this thing is easy, but what would be handy is if it came with a little plastic forked spatula to help clean out the grooves. But other than that I love this thing. My husband said that he will probably use this more than the BBQ grill because it takes less time to get all set up. We have had our Big George Foreman Grill for well over three years and it is just now getting to a point where the surface is starting to coming off. We have really enjoyed it. It is easy to clean and cooks like they say it does. When we have guests over for grilling they always ask about it. Our apartment complex does not allow any kind of open flame for cooking on their balconies. So when we wanted an indoor/outdoor grill we looked around and found this one. It was just what we were looking for, had a stand of its own, a dome cover with vent, a large cooking area, and electric. Perfect. If you are looking for this type of grill I/We Highly recommend this one. I am thinking of retiring this one and going to get a new one. Well worth the money we spent for it.

Bought it for the 4th of July. Not a fan of fire. Bbqed two ribs. Was initially afraid that it would not fit. I cut them in half and angled them. Next time I will soak the wood chips a shorter time to allow a more smokey flavor. Otherwise the ribs were tender and yummy. Sis made a fantastic dry rub. We basted it with root beer hard soda for 4hrs on 2.75 setting.

I received the George Foreman Indoor/Outdoor grill a few weeks ago and honestly, it had been sitting in the box taunting me ever since. Growing up, my dad always burned things to a crisp on the outside and they were raw on the j side. It was not until I met my now husband six years ago that I tasted good grilled food. He is in the military and is frequently away from home. He is the "grill master" at our house... I'm only allowed to buy charcoal. Ha ha! I was hesitant to try the George Foreman grill, but it was time. It took me about 15 minutes to follow the easy instructions and have the grill ready to go. I had a four pack of hamburgers, followed the easy instructions in the book and made one of the best burgers I have ever had. My burger was cooked the way I like it (done!!) and was stil moist. My toddler and my mom gave me two thumbs up, even for my first attempt. I had some condensation drip down that I had thought might be grease until I checked. Clean-up is easy, too! I am excited to have a grilling option for when I want to grill. I used my grill in my front porch tonight and envision using it there a lot this summer. I can officially grill! I received this product to review and I am so happy with it. It is sturdy and well made. It can be used indoors or outdoors, and it comes with a stand but you can use it with or without. There is no messy charcoal, and no hassles with propane, just plug it in. I also like that you can adjust how hot it gets. It has a drain so the fat goes away from the meat, too...so if you worry about fat intake this is a plus. It's pretty easy to clean, too. I just wiped off the excess grease with a paper towel, then used wet paper towels to clean it up better. The drain cup for the grease can be washed in the sink or dishwasher. The cooking surface is fairly large, so you can cook for several people at one time. I am so impressed with this product, we will be using it all the time. This grill is great. I can grill chicken while I prepare sides on the stove, right in my kitchen! No matter the weather i can grill at ease The ceramic grid is so easy to clean, I really can't complain. If there was one complaint, I'd say the condensation that forms under the lid drips slightly onto the floor. It's not alot by any means, but that would be only issue. The build quality is very good, and it even leaves grill marks on the food. Perfect for kebabs and fajita night.

Bought this about a month ago & have used it almost every week! Came in real handy for this past 4th of July! Clean up is somewhat easy, wish the actual grill plate would come off, but love that I can cook out on my balcony or in my kitchen, was easy to put together & holds alot of food, cooked lamb chops quickly but evenly. Found it is better to slow cook thicker meats or boned meat as it will blacken too quick if seting is on 4-5, so best to start on 3 & then go higher as you cook. Also found a spraying a little non stick oil helps to create a nice crust on wings or any type of meat you cook.

The grill came with a dented lid and broken handle straight out the box.

The feet that hold the grill in a stand position snapped right off where they connect and I am unable to find replacement parts... not to mention we have only owned the grill for months and used it twice this should not have happened. :( if it was not for the leg issue we really have enjoyed the convenience of this grill.
