This is actually the 22nd pair that I bought you can't even tell you're wearing jeans And they fit very much true to size after you wash them. The small downfall is I do have jeans that I've had for probably over 25 years but if you wear jeans to work and work hard outside, these jeans will not last more than 18 months but regular use they probably will last a regular amount of time as other jeans do I'm just saying that if you put them through abuse they're not gonna hold up quite as well as a $100 pair will but Overall buy these jeans, you will be happy

The dark color usually turns out just right. These jeans have a little stretch that makes the fit well and not baggy. I've bought many pairs of the Straight Fit over the years. The only reason that I don't give a 5 star is that the belt loops are too long. I wear a 2 inch belt and the loops are still a bit loose.

Both pictures I've included clearly state I ordered a 12 pack of jeans. I received a single pair. I spent 20 minutes doing the online chat option where I was in not so many words called a liar because the system does not show anywhere on the site that a 12 pack of jeans was ever advertised. Also included picture of what arrived one pair of men's jeans, one pair of toddler jeans and 2 antacid.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Walmart. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with any retailer. The service was disorganized, unhelpful, and dismissive. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue

I bought the multipack and only received 1 pair. I contacted Walmart and reviewed the order and they could see I ordered the multi option. This time I called in and we cancelled the order. Do not buy multiple item orders from the online site, this is the 3rd time this has happened.

I disliked that I ordered a 12 pack got a single pair of jeans and instead of offering me the other 11 pairs of jeans they offered me a refund and stated they did not have any 12 packs. I went to the same store and they had over 30 pairs of the same jeans.

Item was listed as a quantity of 12. Only one pair of pants was delivered. Took them to Walmart to exchange for the correct item and was refused! I was only offered a refund (NOT including shipping cost). If you purchased a 12 pack of socks, you would expect the correct amount as advertised. Very disappointed with Walmarts customers service.
