The material is so soft! Even though my 3-month-old has a bigger head, these still fit him really well without seeming too tight. He doesn't seem uncomfortable in them at all, and I love that they have just the right amount of stretch unlike some hats that leave little marks on his forehead. The patterns and colors are adorable, too! I'll definitely be looking at Gerber hats again when it's time to get more for the colder months.

These are the most adorable hats for my baby boy. They are lightweight but still warm for his head. They are a nice soft stretchy material. And seem to be a good size to fit.

It doesn't shrink in washer and the stretch is amazing it grows with your baby and easy to care for I love the breathable material as well so it doesn't make baby too hot and it's super stretchy.

Perfect for tiny cold feet. Well made and stretchability will allow for some growth. Breathability, while providing warmth, will also help prevent sweating. The colors are exactly as pictured and can easily match a number of outfits. Exceptional product for a great price.

These Gerber baby hats are another precious product from a trusted baby brand! The colors in the two pack are lovely different shades of blue. They held up after multiple washes without fading or shrinking! I would say they are on the lighter to medium weight as far as warmth so appropriate for summer in air conditioning for a newborn. The material is very soft cotton, not at all scratchy! My only complaint is they fit my son well at two months old (he does have an almost 90% head circumference!) so they won't be fitting him at 6 months!

The hats don't hold shape. I bought newborn and 0-6 months and they really aren't my ideal baby hat. I will have to go to a more top brand baby clothing.
