i normally don't buy vitamins. it seemed a waste of money for little results. after a recent surgery, my dr suggested vitamins to rebuild my system. went online to Walmart, read reviews, and asked my Dr. who confirmed it would suit my needs. Shipping was so quick I was taking them about a week later. i just received my second order and will continue taking them.

Iron support
This vitamin has actually helped me to maintain my iron levels to prevent having to take additional medication. The iron supplements are hard on the stomach and don't always help.
