This vitamin was recommended to mom after hip surgery, and her recent physical with blood drawn showed the vitamins were doing what they needed to do. There's no after taste, and the vitamin is very small, so no choking or gagging. The best part is that it supports cognitive wellness, especially after two surgeries back to back with anesthia that has impacted mom. I see how she's slowly bouncing back, and I do attribute it to this vitamin. I did re-order.

I've been taking this vitamin for a long time already and it works good. I won't switch it and I wouldn't change it or stop it. I suggested buying the price is good and it works great I know I will continue buying them. It's a matter fact I just did.
