I love this system! I had terrible allergies last summer & a friend showed me her GermGuardian. She was doing so much better with her allergies after buying this. So glad I bought it I'm doing so much better with sleep also at night. The air feels so much cleaner:)

Excellent filter. I usually wake upon the morning all congested, since using this filter I am hardly congested.

My daughter has used Guardian air purifiers and filters for over 5 years now. They work great for her, as she has many pets in her home. When I walk in, I do not get an itchy nose, etc.... as the air is so clean! Even had a friend who would get a reaction to cats come into her home - he said he would never have guessed that she had 3 cats! He didn't get a reaction at all - and we guess it was because of the air purifiers.

We like the way the machine performs and the filters are a large reason why. So 4 stars instead of five because I like to whine about the price

I have not received the product after 3 weeks and have been unable to reach someone to check on the order for me as all support services seem to relate to product support and not shipping issues.

I received only one plug in filter even though I paid for two and have a receipt for two. I reported this and was told to call fedex! Fedex delivered my package, but there was ONLY ONE plug in filter.
