I feel that this product is quality and I wanted to have the extra parts in case I need them in the future
Perfect brand replacement parts for my germguardian air cleaners! Great price also
Easy to install. Shipping was super fast.
After realizing we purchased the incorrect bulb the Customer service department coordinated the return and the new purchase of the correct item! Great service. Fast shipping. Exceeded all expectations!
When I first put the light in the air sanitizer, it worked a few days and then stopped working. I re-adjusted it in the sanitizer and has been working Ok since.
Works great had these for 3 years about to order another one
Really appreciate being able to buy larger quantities and have them on hand.
I haven't had to replace the bulb yet.
Everything was fine.
This would be my 3rd purchase the last 2 i bought were direct from manufacturer and both lasted 10months. As the title states i didn't get anywhere near that before the bulb blew. MAYBE 5 MONTHS. i pretty much always have the air purifier and bulb running and on a surge arrestor. only time i turn it off is to replace the carbon filter or hepa filter. which is normally every 2 weeks carbon and every 6 weeks hepa. Also was gonna add this one seems to create a noticable level of ozone. ie waking up coughing wasn't till the bulb blew did i realize it wasn't me it was the bulb. so are these knockoffs? possibly. But after a little research on the bulb to try and figure out what was causing me to have so much trouble ie waking up coughing. Yes its certified by a 3rd party independent lab as zero ozone. but where is the UL 2998 rating on bulb or the air purifier itself? Because if it was truly zero ozone certified why not just get the seal of approval from UL saying it is too. Or bother with this 3rd party certificate that has no real meaning its just marketing gimmicks? so is this one a dud and not a knockoff clone and the genuine bulb and maybe was off gassing more ozone than normal and thats why the bulb prematurely failed? Or is this bulb a knockoff clone? UL 2998 certified would make that clear. And im actually really disappointed this will be my last germguardian between the color being the only difference between smoke and toxic filters gimmicks and now incidentally this. I'll take my business elsewhere. Along with the other 8 units im retiring that i use for different locations... Really chucked the brand loyalty down the drain with these marketing tactics and increasing filter prices but downgraded the quality of them. Apparently the bulbs are now experiencing that too. Decided I'll just make my own and use a computer case as my shell and buy a UL-2998 bulb with 4x the power to boot for fraction of the cost.
