Easy to handle and use

Looks like a descent little router however it states variable speed. IT IS NOT AVAILABLE VARIABLE SPEED. Haven't used it yet, just disappointed with the description and what product is..

I requested the package to left on my porch near the door. It was left by my shop, near a road. Very disappointed.

I just returned the Gewna router for a refund. When I first received it, I did a few trial tests (of each bit shape), so I would run the tool for a few inches of trim at a time. Seemed ok. But when I stepped up to a real (yet modest) project, the motor seized up before I could finish 3 feet of trim. I could feel the unit getting very hot, so I would shut it off periodically. Still, it broke down by 3 feet. So I would highly discourage anyone from getting this tool. Separately, the vertical control on the plastic base plate is quite coarse (i.e. poor). But that's probably typical for budget routers. Also, the screw mechanism that holds the plastic base plate to the unit is rather flimsy. The cluster of bits that comes with the unit is very nice. But that cost clearly comes out of the quality of the router tool.

I couldn't get the knob that was sent to attach the straight guide and the roller guide to screw into the router snug. had to send it back
