Surprisingly Good
No missing parts no damage upon receiving the quality is better than expected. The measurements are dead on. We got lucky ordering through this manufacturer. Great material almost seems to be moisture wicking as my kids spilt liquid on it the first day and it rolled right off instead of absorbing it all which is a plus! We purchased this specifically as A couch in our RV and the dimensions of this fit it perfectly while still being able to convert into a full size pull out

Good for company and sleep.
It is comfortable and friendly for me to have my friends come and visit and let it out at night for sleep.

It's a lot smaller than I thought, and the cushions are thin. Might be more comfortable to put another pad on top to sleep
