It's good for the price it's the first couch I've ever bought new so I can't say if assembly was easier than others but it wasn't hard to me I would suggest you have some one to help you move the boxes inside it's a great fit for me I'm 5'5”. My husband who is six feet fits in the recliner but his feet do hang off some of he stretches it out.

Quality build. Very comfortable. Some will say it is hard but I say it is supportive. After using the seats for a couple of weeks, it does slightly soften but retains its support. The electric lounge is a little short for a 6 footer, but a pillow under your head takes care of that. I highly recommend! Great purchase with good value.

seems well made comfortable lots of features. its a nice size big seats. the leather seems nice. this is definitely a product that looks as good as advertised

This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. I spent over $1,600 on this couch, waited 7 days past the delivery date, and when it finally showed up, it had damaged and broken pieces. Completely unacceptable. What's even worse is the lack of accountability. I reached out to Walmart expecting them to stand behind a product at this price point, and instead was told there was nothing they could do. That response alone tells me everything I need to know about how little they value their customers. No one should spend this kind of money just to receive damaged furniture and be left stuck with it. Between the late delivery, poor quality, and zero customer support, this has been beyond frustrating—it's been a complete waste of time and money. I will absolutely not be shopping at Walmart again. They've lost my business for good. I'll be taking my money to Target from here on out, where hopefully customer service and product quality actually matter.

One of the reclining ends, didn't sit right like it should when assembled, it leans away from the rest of the couch. Have had it for 4 months now, cushions hold up right but if you want it to last, don't sit in the same spot every time

I'm very disappointed with my recent experience. My couch was delivered damaged, and the delivery driver even acknowledged the damage and took photos before leaving. Despite this, the damaged couch was still left at my home. Now customer service is telling me I have to wait for them to schedule a pickup of the damaged couch before they will send a replacement. I have a large family and have already been waiting a week with no usable furniture. I feel the delivery team should have taken the damaged couch back when they saw the damage from shipping, or the company should send a replacement and pick up the damaged one at the same time. This process has been very inconvenient for my family and much longer than it should be to resolve an issue that was documented at delivery.

The customer service told me that I can refuse the delivery because it was delayed and coming late. ( I have a picture for the chat ) When the delivery truck came, I declined the delivery that day next day in the morning they put it delivered at 8:30 AM on my account .I went and called the customer service I told her you can come now at 8:30. You will not see any delivery at my door or I can take picture for you. She believe me. She told me we will refund you after 3 day. I called them back. They said the item not refundable. They said the item gets delivered and they take the money and told me to deal with the bank . What scammer!!

I disliked the incredibly unprofessional service that I received from Walmart when purchasing this couch. It was purchased on black Friday, arriving one week later. The problem was that the couch was a different color than the one we ordered (white Instead of beige). We ended up sending it back and asking for the correct couch. This was our mistake as after it was picked up, it took about a month longer to receive the replacement couch with the arrival date moving back and moving back. Not to mention when said couch was received, it was the same couch that we had received the first time. Which was a different couch than the one we ordered. The incompetence at Walmart amazes me. I am tired of dealing with this so I will keep this couch but I would try to get a partial refund if I could

Just look forward to wasting 2 or more days waiting because they not sure when you gonna receive your items .when they say you will receive it. They will say they delivered it and it's a lie. Very disappointed
