GFCI RECPT DPLX 15A WH

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice receptacle - but, the doors are a little sticky (no biggie). Advance the plug, should open doors - but, feels like hits a wall; you have to push pretty hard beyond that to insert prongs, more than one would think. Initial suspicion is that something is wrong, I shouldn't have to push this hard.

The self test feature has cost so many freezers full of meat to rot, sump pumps to flood basements, water line to freeze and countless other problems. I can't install them anymore and will replace them with any of the competitors GFI's anytime I find one. Everything else about them is great. Quality is good, they are easy install and to reset. but they will trip on their own even regardless of wether or not anything is plugged in. This makes them impossible to trust on any equipment. I work as an electrician so I've encountered hundreds if not thousands of them and they all have this issue.
