Gflow Vitamins Eye Support Supplements with Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Astaxanthin, Omega 3, Bilberry, Lycopene

I think it helps my eyes, usually i hv painful eyes after been in screen. Buy since i used it i think it improved the pains. Especially gluten and soy free!!!!

One never knows if supplements work or not, and may take some time to have an effect. But the list of ingredients is impressive and one can only hope there may be some eventual benefit.

I am pleased with my vitamins and minerals . These vitamins and minerals are an essential for improving , health .

We started the vitamins a couple months ago. My son has floaters and hoping they help. Time will tell.

I started with buying Wal-Mart's store brand of basic eye health medicines, but felt as though I needed more than what the ingredients list would give me. So I began to look into vision support and eye health medicines or supplements. Eventually I found Bcuelov's Ultra Eye and Vision Support Capsules from Wal-Mart (now sold out). I bought those as a 120 count, twice daily supplement for $15.99 clearanced price. That's not too bad for a two month supply. Then, I needed to do some research to find out what other brands came close to Bcuelov's mixture of Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Bilberry Extract, Grapeseed and Quercetin extraacts, black pepper, and Vitamin A as well. So, I looked at all the searched vitamins, and came up with a Top 4: Out of the 4, the top 2 are this brand, and Clean Nutraceuticals 60 capsules for $29.95. It's an allin-one supplement with Vitamins A, C, D, E, B9 (Folate), B12, Zinc, Copper, Bilberry, Flax Seed, Grapeseed, Japanese Knotweed, Gingko Biloba, Sophora Japonica, which deals with Quercetin, alongside a few other ingredients, including Astaxanthin and Zeaxanthin, and Black Pepper as well. If the supplement I'm reviewing runs out, I'll get the one I'm mentioning in this review as the substitute - of course I have my other 2 to choose from as well, but those only feature Vitamins A, C, and E, alongside other minerals found in multivitamins as the main ingredients, and the extracts, including Zeaxanthin, as a proprietary blend of 481 mg. I'll mention my other 2 choices below, and currently this is September 2026, so online prices and availability can change at any time. Those brand names are Nature's Nutrition Eye Vitamins with Blue Light Support, a 2 capsules daily, 120 ct. bottle for a clearanced price of $13.92; and Nature's Peak Eye Vitamins with Lutein and Zeaxanthin, a 2 capsules daily, 120 ct. bottle for a regular price of $14.82. When you all get a chance, check these out. I chose this brand - Gflow vitamins - because the listing of ingredients more closely resembled Bcuelov's Vision and Eye Support ingredients list, actually telling me how much of each extract is placed in a single dose of 2 capsules. One of the pictures said to take 3 capsules daily, but the label says to take 2 capsules daily, so that's what I'm doing. Nature's Peak and Nature's Nutrition are the exact same amount of each ingredient per dose. The label is literally THE SAME. The only difference is the price, one is cheaper than the other. So I'll try one of those two brands in the future. Also Gflow Vitamins and Clean Neutraceuticals are also the exact same, the only difference is price and Gflow has more capsules in the container. I bought this to help with my eyesight. It is really way too early to tell if it is helping since I have only had it for a few days. After reading the other reviews of the product I thought that I would give it a try. It seems like it might be helping, only time will tell.

I didnt like that there are so many ingredients which may not complement each other in one capsule. I dont want to take all these things at the same time. For example, I don't want to take Vitamin D with breakast or lunch but with dinner when i can take it with magnesium. I also think the amounts are quite small for some of the ingredients. This is just my preference, others who dont like to take pills may like this all in one idea.
