GGMM Battery Base for Echo Dot 4/5th Gen Smart Alexa Speaker Stand Holder Blue

Bought as a replacement after last external battery died after using only a few months. Likes: Portability, speakers stays on base, purchased for 1st grader son and he enjoys moving around with him to different locations, great battery life. Dislikes: Wish it was sold in color that better matched the light blue speaker, that wasn't white.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It allows me to make my Echo Dot portable and take it anywhere I want to go. When I go to work or travel for fun, this gets the job done. It doesn't come with a carrying case but it's not hard to find one that works with it; I was able to make something I already had on hand work. The battery life doesn't seem to last quite as long as advertised but that's not a deal breaker, I just find I have to charge it a little more frequently than planned. The Echo is powered on during charging. Overall, I am glad I purchased this product and I do use it a lot!

Works well actually becomes one unit magnetically which makes the Mobility easy Ia m very happy with mine so I purchased a 2nd one as my wife took mine

This battery base was purchased to replace an (almost) identical model that had reached the end of its service life (i.e. battey failed to retain sufficient charge). This battery base attaches to and integrates with the Echo Dot seamlessly - as if it's integral extension of it — with one small issue: the attachment point at the rear or the base doesn't physically engage the Dot. As a result, the base can become detached from the Dot if picked up hastily. The older battery base had a tab that locked into the Dot. Not sure why they eliminated something as important as this, but it definitely warrants the removal of 1 star. Otherwise, great product and excellent value for the price.

I dislike the no return policy on this item.

I have tried to return one of this Item 3 !! times after you sent notice to return and Walmart in Beeville keep saying their moniter will not except it. The employee said the item is nonrefundable. I need more items I may need to order but I will look somewhere else.

Where's the speaker I only got the battery base you guys forget to send me the speaker
