My husband is 5'8 and weighs 220lbs and I thought him this shirt in an XL. The shirt is a little loose fitting but that is how he likes his shirts. The material is thin, breathable, comfortable and is just like a dri fit shirt except reasonably priced. This shirt could be worn in a day of golf, on a boat when it's a little bit breezy or even just lounging around in the backyard.

5 foot seven and wear a large to an extra large. This top is an extra large. Very comfortable fitted yet enough room and perfect for fishing activities out in the sun. The white is a great color because it doesn't attract the sun. The sleeves were a little long for me so probably better for a man 5 foot nine or taller. I really like the fish design in the back. I believe it's a marlin so really into the whole fishing theme.
