white chocolate ganache
great for white ganache or just sneaking the chips into cookies and bars however there is a warning sometimes you can't stop nibbling on them.

Delicious with Quality Ingredients
We try our best to choose items with whole food ingredients without any added junk, like high fructose corn syrup and artificial ingredients. These have minimal ingredients and are delicious. My only complaint is that they are not organic. Hopefully Ghirardelli will make plans to start an organic line.

this one will send your blood sugar in a downward spiral I do not recommend it if you are sugar sensitive or if you are addicted to sugar because this will just cause a problem all around. the quality is not what it used to be
