Dark chocolate is the healthiest chocolate and you cannot go wrong with Ghirardelli intense dark, I don't find it to be bitter, but it certainly is not sweet. I think it has a bit of a creamy texture and melt in your mouth feel. Also, good chopped up and add to cookie mix and muffins.

This chocolate is intense as it promises, within the products of this brand this is one of the most remarkable since it does not contain sodium and only has 7g of sugar. If you are starting to try chocolates with a high percent of cocoa, you will love the texture of this 9/10
