These wafers melt in less than a minute. The consistency is smooth. This tastes like a high quality chocolate with no fillers or aftertaste. It is the only product I will use for dipped strawberries, cookies, etc. I usually freeze a cookie sheet, cover it with parchment paper, and place my freshly dipped items right back into the freezer to set up quickly.

If You want some chocolate but you also want to control yourself. This is a great option. I drop it in yogurt 10 pieces maybe.. OK I'm lying 20 pieces but you control how many pieces it was pretty cool. They may be pricey. I haven't looked around at other prices.

I find the Ghirardelli milk chocolate the best tasting chocolate for making my peanut cluster candy. It melts easily, has a wonderful taste and a smooth texture. I have tried other chocolate but none compare to Ghirardelli . It does cost a bit more but it is worth it.

Great for holidays, just melt and add peanuts for peanut clusters. Drop by Tablespoons on parchment lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for 30 min. and then store in fridge in a sealed container. So easy and the chocolate is delicious. Also good for melting to dip the bottom of coconut macaroons. Merry Christmas! 8 )

I bought the chocolate since my regular chocolate was running late for Easter. Everyone loved it. Made chocolate covered Oreos and flats. And even drizzled it over kettle popcorn. A winner in my book. Will definitely use it again.

never even knew there was such a thing as melting chocolate, found this and it melts beautifully! i made homeade peanut butter cups and this worked out great! it hardens up pretty quick once you dip whatever your using it for. the only thing i don't like is it doesn't really have a taste to it. not a deal breaker but i wish it tasted like chocolate instead of nothing! i will continue to use it because it's much easier than melting chocolate chips and then hoping they harden up enough to handle. someone told me to mix chocolate chips and the melting chocolate to see how that works, I'll be trying that next time! fingers crossed it has more of a chocolate taste to it!

So gross. I didn't read the description properly; this is chocolate “flavored.” Cocoa powder is near the bottom of the ingredient list and there is no cocoa butter. I am tired of this compound nonsense.
