The best hot cocoa ever! Just add hot water and it's perfect. I like to cool it down with a splash of milk for extra creaminess and so I can drink it without waiting!

OMG!!!! This is by far the worlds best Cocoa mix!. I'm a bit of a purist so I always use milk to make my cocoa. This stuff just never fails to satisfy!

I have indulged in this for years and it is absolutely the best hot cocoa in the world !! It has traveled with me everywhere. No better way to have hot cocoa!

OMG!! Ghirardelli Hot Cocoa with a cool down splash of Blue Chair Bay Mocha Cream Rum!!!! In the winter months I will make a mug of this, topped with whipped cream, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and top it off with a maraschino cherry! I have never felt so warm and cozy. Cuddled up in the couch with my comfy, cozy blankie, a roaring fire, my husband and my cat. I'm convinced I'm in heaven. LOL For the longest time I only made Toll House cookies. And then one day I made Ghirardelli Chocolate Chip Cookies…..NEVER again will I make any other CC cookie. Ghirardelli chips just elevate the cookies so much. My family says that's “boujee”. SO WHAT!! lol They are delicious and they don't mind gobbling my “boujee” cookies up though! LOL

I have gotten this regularly -- its now a winter staple -- mocha coffee in the morning makes it worthwhile to get out of bed!

My boys love it; I enjoy a cup now and again as well. I know friends who use it to make "mocha", though I do not. The pouch is not an issue - in fact, I view it as a plus for versitility. The boys can make their own. Agree with others, the medium size is the best selection for this pouch.

I've been drinking this hot chocolate since Jan. 2008. After we got our Keurig at my office, I ordered the packets offline even before I owned a Keurig. I love the packets, because I can throw a couple in my bag for business trips when I can't take my Keurig with me. I can have the best hot chocolate anywhere there is hot water, because hot milk is a hastle when travelling. I love to top if off with a little whip cream too! Best hot chocolate, hands down, anywhere!

Like many other's I ordered this without reading that it was not in a K-cup. At first I was disappointed, but now it is all I will drink. I tried an envelope of my old hot chocolate from the grocery store and it was so watered down-I can't believe I ever drank that. This is the best by far!

This product did not live up to it's name. The flavor was not there. This product, however, would be good for someone who prefers simple taste and prefers a flavor that is not too chocolatey. I'm a choco-holic and I was looking for that rich chocolate flavor.

Because this comes in powdered form I came up with an idea of switching it up a bit.. Pour the hot chocolate in your cup, and either use the mint or peppermint flavored tea K-cup instead of just plain water.. I swear it will bring you back to your youth! I prefer the peppermint tea myself.
