As a type 2 diabetic, I can eat this without causing a severe glucose spike if used with high protein and low sugar milk (you know the brand). Tastes good and is constant quality. Highly priced however. Hope they can find a way to bring down that price without cutting quality.

This brand has allowed me to enjoy cereal again without feeling like I lifted just to waate calories on pure sugar with no protein. The texture is nothing like cinnamon toast crunch though, so be prepared for that. It's quite a bit softer with less crunch, but the flavor is there. It leaves you feeling full with a satisfied sweet tooth.

Hove the Ghost cereal, I have cereal every day and have a high protein diet so have tried a few of the flavors and the lucky charms is great. Tastes just like the real thing. A great treat. GHOS

I am currently checking with Wegovy injections for weight loss. I try to eat as much protein as I can, and this is a high protein cereal to start my day with. I really like the flavor, it tastes good, but it tends to get a little bit soggy if you let it sit for too long, so it’s best to eat it shortly after you put the milk in it. But this is my second or third box, and I like it. I think it’s worth the investment and I know that I’m getting a protein that I need from at least one thing that I eat daily.

For a high-protein snack, it surprisingly has a good vanilla crunch, actual lucky charms marshmallows, and very crunchy. You will experience a gritty taste but it's only due to the protein puffs… Protein usually has that so it's not avoidable but taste allows you to enjoy it. You can also hit macros very easily - adding to yogurts/snacks. Unfortunately because it's not a constant buyers supply item %26 Ghost is very costly, some might not see the value in it for the size. But it's great to have it as an option at Walmart!!

I liked the taste of this cereal. It's not identical but close enough for me. The calorie to protein ratio is really good. It's a great alternative if you want a sweet bowl of cereal but still need to hit your protein goals. I will definitely buy again.

I received this Ghost Cinnamon Toast Protein Cereal for free from Influenster to try and share my honest opinion. Really enjoyed Ghost Cinnamon Toast Protein Cereal! The cinnamon flavor is spot on and the sweetness feels just right. The pieces are a bit thicker than regular cinnamon toast cereal, which gives it a nice, hearty crunch. Stays crunchy in milk and makes a great high-protein breakfast or snack.

My original impression was "this is horrible" . But I found myself wanting to try another bowl eventually, because I wanted cereal and didn't have any other cereal. The taste grew on me a little. I can't really say it's good per se. It's an acquired taste, I guess. I really cannot imagine a kid enjoying this cereal though. At all. I'm not sure most people would willingly eat enough of it to get used to the taste, regardless of age. I still hate the packaging though. I don't know what demographic the package design is aimed at. Middle school gym bros? I don't know. I'm definitely not the target market for these

I took two bites of this and threw the whole box away. The marshmallows are good, but the cereal is just gross. It’s crumbly and gritty and everything. You don’t want your cereal to be. There are definitely better protein cereals on the market.

I eat a lot of products that have protein added, including other cereals, and this one tastes and smells disgusting. It also has whey protein which I didn’t realize, along with caseinate and other soy and dairy ingredients. I can’t have dairy so I won’t be buying this again. Cheerios with protein uses pea protein which is healthier and much easier to digest. And they taste really good too! I’ll never buy these again.
