Ghostbusters 6" Elite Erin Gabler

I love the many points of articulation and how close it resembles the character's actual appearance. I bought this for myself and it makes me happy.

All of my children liked playing with this product, they are all different ages, they like the idea of collecting each part for the ghost,. This erin toy is very durable, So all in all good product. The only thing I see wrong is that the proton pack wasn't painted red in some areas when it lights up [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The Erin action figure along with proton pack have some really nice detail and flexibility. She's made to be durable and flexible which is good for the younger end of the age range of this toy. I really like that the proton pack can be removed. Erin is clearly made to look like her movie counterpart which is also a nice thing to see. I'm not sure that the buy and build approach will work for the younger crowd. Older kids might like the excitement of collecting but the younger target age will just lose the parts before the next can be bought. Still the action figure itself is well made and any figure that has its very own proton pack is going to be fun to play with. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My 4 year old really likes this doll. It is sturdy for a younger child. She thought it was a boy at first though. But, she really likes it. The only thing I didn't like was how each came with a small part of a ghost, I would rather it came with a miniature ghost so she could pretend to ghostbust. The Ghostbusters Erin Gilbert Figure comes in a convenient, easy to open package. The package is itself is bright, and attention grabbing. My son absolutely knew it was a Ghostbusters toy just from observing the packing. The toy is lightweight and sturdy enough for a young child to play with. My son is four and enjoys this figurine very much. I highly recommend this product for any parents with children whom love Ghostbusters. I was quite surprised on the size of the figure. I was expecting a little smaller so I was pleasantly pleased when opening the package to a bigger doll. The product is very durable and parts are bendable. My 5 year old has been enjoying playing with her new figurine. A recommendation from my daughter was to have the doll make noise and she would have liked to have the backpack open up. I have partial feelings about including extra pieces for the marshmallow guy. I like the concept of collecting pieces but at the same time would rather not have to buy additional dolls just to put him together, especially if my daughter or son was not interested in other characters. The action figure itself is pretty cool. The only thing I would say is that her eyeballs are painted in such a way that she appears to be cockeyed. One of her pupils is painted way off center which makes it creepy.
