This is the 4th one of these I have bought over the past couple of years. Sleeping with these has greatly reduced acid reflux and neck pain. They are also great for flipping upright and sitting up straight to read, watch TV, or work on the computer on a couch OR bed. The difference in the neck and back aching is huge. I can't imagine just using pillows anymore. These can be situated on the bed with other pillows and blend right in and look cute too, whereas some brands stand out more and kinda mess up the look of a made up bed. I really like these and will buy more as needed.

Incredible difference for me after just one night - for the first morning in 2 months I walked upright pain free w/out knee and side leg pain. I had been elevating my injured knee area at night by propping it up on 2 bed pillows, stacked. Yesterday, the Gianna wedge arrived in cmpressed packaging. I let it fill out on my bed for several hours and at bed time anticipated how great it would feel to prop both knees up on it, instead of bed pillows. Wa-la! This morning I'm happy to have experienced normal upright walking again, and pain free! Beautiful, comfortably textured fabric case with zipper on the side, for removal to launder. I'm so happy with this purchase - - it's really made a difference!

It's very large. Bigger than I expected. It's nice and firm with a soft cover on it. Unfortunately it did not work for my needs. Shipping box was ruined from sitting outside in the snow because they waited hours before notifying me of delivery. It comes vacuum wrapped in a small roll.

I was surprised and skeptical when I saw box the pillow was delivered in. After unpacking it, I left it alone for a while. Returned to find a full sized wedge pillow! No smell, so need to air out. Nice cover. Good size to use on sofa and in bed. I love it. AND this one had the best price too! Awesome surprise!

I ordered this one at 7.5 in high because my old one was almost 13 in high and I couldn't sleep well. This is a perfect height and slope and I fell asleep right away when I first tried it. The higher one made me slide down. This one is good because it's a gentle slope and it will help with acid reflux. Upon arrival it is vacuum packed into a smaller rectangular box, but I didn't worry because I knew that it would puff up. The directions say to wait 48 hours for it to fully expand, but I only needed a half a day! In fact as soon as I opened it up I could see it expanding and after a few hours it was almost fully expanded. The memory foam top is truly memory foam and soft. The cover is a sturdy quilted material. I do not use it alone. I use a flatter down pillow and a thin neck pillow. While some people mention that this is too hard for them, I feel it is perfectly soft while also being supportive. If it is too firm for you, consider adding a thin pillow if you need added cushion and add a squishy neck pillow or a rolled up towel under your neck for support. For me that is the best way to use this. I am so glad that I bought this wedge pillow, and I think you will like it too!

I bought this for my acid reflux and it works very well. I'm glad I invested in it. I think the price is reasonable and I can also use it before I lay down as a prop behind my back sitting up in bed… if you have acid reflex, I highly recommend this..

Great quality and great price for the product.! Purchased pillows to help with a medical condition. Has worked wonders at keeping me just elevated to ease my symptoms. Always check with your doctor if this is needed for you.

It takes a while to get used to if you're not used to sleeping on a wedge. It served its purpose in the begin of my sleep pattern. It did help with acid reflux a little bit while I was on the wedge. When my acid reflux flared up I was not on the wedge. The wedge does give good support, the quality is good, on one side the cover is soft and on the other side it's feels like a vinyl plastic like material so it doesn't slide. I'm not sure if this would be the proper support for a man, a males upper body torso might actually flatten it. I'm still getting used to it, I'm trying to figure out how to tell my body not to slide off of it when I'm sleeping.

Was decently cheap for a wedge pillow, memory foam material, so takes a couple days to fully form. My grandpa greatly appreciated it though and has been able to sleep in his bed again thanks to being able to prop his head up because of his acid reflux. Thankful I was able to find one around the $20 range.

I was very disappointed. I got this for gerd, hoping it would be better than the 3 bed pillows I have been using to get the elevation. But right away I noticed that I was sliding down off of it. After 4 hours of sliding down and readjusting and trying to get comfortable, I gave up. Maybe I'll use it for something else, like support sitting up.
