The chair is perfect. Very easy to set up. It was packaged well and survived being shipped. The messager is very nice and works well. The only problem is it has a strong fake leather odor for a couple weeks, but slowly goes away.

These are wonderful recliners - adult sized, but not extra large, so they're perfect for smaller living rooms! My family loves them! The seller was quick to respond to my email about missing parts, and very quick to get them to us.

After reading reviews, I was skeptical about purchasing a chair for $100, reclines and massages. This chair was ordered for my 83 year old mom who is a little over 200lbs. It is very comfortable, reclines and massages. I don’t know why is was less than $120, but I will buy another. Definitely worth the price and it’s the perfect size for a large size adult.

I initially had a few parts missing for assembly but the seller sent me a new chair. I am satisfied with the service.

I bought this for my teen who is thin, 5ft 3in. It's perfect for her. She loves it! She does wish it had a cup holder. Like others have said it's small. If you're wide or tall it's not a chair for you.

The chair was purchased for my elderly mom who is 5’7” and the chair is too short for her to truly elevate her feet without them hanging over the edge, I thought it was fully electric recline but it’s not! It’s sufficient for now, but I don’t predict it will last very long,

Very short and very small. It’s for a child. It makes it look like it’s for an adult I assure it is not. I bought for my tattoo shop and was shocked how short and shallow. It’s well made good materials but was shocked the size.

The chair itself is fine. My 7-year-old loves it. But the message part stopped working within 24 hours.

This item came to my location damaged and I've been trying for days to return this item. I went to the Walmart store. They said they would not take it. I took it to FedEx. They said they need a printing sticker. I have contact you guys several times over the last couple of days and never got a reply on how to send this package back to you. That's very bad business.

It was very small smaller than what I thought. It would be little uncomfortable because it was really hard, but the massager worked very well. The filler of the fabric was very nice. Just expected to be a little bit bigger than what it was, but overall pretty good for the price.
