Bad Remote
The elliptical is great, but the remote is something to be desired. It's the worst remote that I've ever seen. The batteries do not fit correctly and when forced in, the remote got hot. And it was very difficult to pull them out. I would have given a higher rating if the remote worked.The elliptical was ordered for an elderly person.

malfunction machine
This elliptical is malfunctioning. as soon as i plug it in, it starts rowing without being turned on. i would like a refund on the item.
