[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Elite black medium steel mailbox to change my old one because I had it for years and was starting to look bad and I really like how this black one looks. Its a lot better, its very sturdy and was super easy to install. It's also the perfect size.

This is a very well made metal white mail box. It has a really nice flag. Very good quality. Would highly recommend.

It came faster than predicted, and it was exactly as described. So glad I went with this one.

The overall mailbox appears to be good, but the condition it arrived in was poor . . . the delivery must have been ruff ride, item was bent in several places, %26 the material seems very strong, so it must have taken a beating!

Door doesn't stay closed.

I bought the mailbox back in March. I did not open it until they were ready to put a new post in. When I finally opened the box the mailbox itself is bent on the bottom and there's a dent in the side. I tried to see about returning it but time had run out. I did not know it would be banged up. Apparently whoever handled it through the delivery process tossed it around. Now I'm out the money and have to buy a new box at an added cost.
