I needed a new mail box badly. this one is exactly the same and perfect to replace my old one. very reasonably priced. came to me very quickly

It came faster than predicted, and it was exactly as described. So glad I went with this one.

The shipping time was horrible it was delivered late after promised time. But everything else was fine.

The overall mailbox appears to be good, but the condition it arrived in was poor . . . the delivery must have been ruff ride, item was bent in several places, %26 the material seems very strong, so it must have taken a beating!

I am very disappointed I ordered two mailbox's for my wedding coming up. The package you can tell is the box's it comes in. Then I noticed the ends looked like both box's are opened. I thought no big deal , Let me just check them as long as they're not damaged I'll be happy. When I open them, the one was extremely damaged and missing hardware. The other one was blatantly used because you can tell with sharpie that somebody put their name on the inside. I did request a replacement and I'm hoping the packaging and the mailboxes come fully intact. Oh and also on top of that, it has Home Depot stickers on it so they're just reselling things from Home Depot. Which with the economy we understand hustle's, but don't put something up for brand new on a Walmart website and forget to peel off the Home Depot stickers. (Facepalm)

I bought the mailbox back in March. I did not open it until they were ready to put a new post in. When I finally opened the box the mailbox itself is bent on the bottom and there's a dent in the side. I tried to see about returning it but time had run out. I did not know it would be banged up. Apparently whoever handled it through the delivery process tossed it around. Now I'm out the money and have to buy a new box at an added cost.

it was plainly to see that the package had been previously returned ! when i opened it the maile box had a LARGE dent right in the middle! not usuable! very disappointed when i pay money for a used and damaged item when they all ready knew it had been returned!
