Nothing fancy, standard size replacement for my hail damaged box (Paloma Creek South). Unlike other reviews, my door latches fine.

Well-made mailbox and definitely a huge improvement to my old one which someone knocked down and crushed. I really like that it is made of steel instead of plastic like so many are nowadays.

Such a nice long lenth steel mailbox! Hardware wasn't included but I just used screws I had laying around. Easy to put on the old wood post my elderly neighbors previous mailbox was on.... Kids destroyed their old mailbox with a drive by bat beating unfortunately 😕

You need to check for dents and scratches carefully inside the store. I have bought dozens to paint and decorate. And have had to return many. So now, I check, but don't have any control over the ones shipped. However, there is no problem returning, but it is a pain, especially when you have to wait to get started.

Ordered two mailboxes. Both of them were damaged. One had damage on the door swing and was busted out, and on both of them, the pull tabs were pushed in. Ended up replacing the one with the damaged door, and the replacement wouldn't lock in the door properly when closed. Read some reviews and took a pair of pliers to it to fix all of the abnormalities, by raising the inner door catch so it keeps the door closed and to fix the door pull. They were nicely powder coated, but I painted them with black spray paint anyways to try and give them extra longevity and so it would match the post. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, this is the mailbox that complies with the HOA, or I would have not ordered this mailbox. And Walmart came in cheaper than Home Depot too, so will throw some kudos to Walmart for that. I ended up getting [Self Drilling Screws %2310 x 1" Hex] to tap it into the base because the original screws from the old mailbox were way too short. Note that this mailbox ships with no hardware.

The item was delivered on time and in good shape. However, note the ground is slightly wet. I noticed the delivery lady quickly put the item on the ground and leave. The screen door does not lock. She should have taken the extra step to place the item in the Lanai/Porch where it would be protected from the light rain!

Item arrived damaged. The product was not packaged to prevent it. Seller responded quickly, but would not pay for a return and only offered a 20% refund of my money. when i scoffed at that offer, they wanted to give me 50% of my purchase price. I have ignored them.
