Stylish with clean lines
We needed a replacement for our mailbox because our 17 year old backed into ours. We love the look of this new mailbox post. Stylish and simple. It also has a great place for the address numbers.

I have been looking for two years my post only old mail box was starting to get dry rot but the lower portion was good and firmly in the ground i did not want a plastic mailbox and the ones I lied were $400. I found this and it looks good. Good quality easy to install and looks like an expensive mailbox

does not come with tools. definitely need two wrenches. but it looks nice. not difficult to put together except the two wrenches part

I needed to drill 3/8 inch holes, but the instructions did not say what size holes to drill. I also had to drill new holes in the mailbox post in order to attach the mailbox post to the 4x4 mailbox anchor that I also ordered. One would think those holes would be pre-drilled. I also didn't much care for the wood screws that go through the mailbox post, through the 4x4 mailbox anchor and into the 4x4 wood post. I felt they should have been more heavy duty, such as bigger in diameter. Like a deck screw. Those wimpy screws came with the 4x4 mailbox anchor, not with the mailbox post.
