Gibraltar Mailboxes Patriot Medium, Plastic, Post-Mount Mailbox, Black, GMB505B01

I received the Gibraltar medium Mailbox from the Spark Reviewer program. I am completely happy with this mailbox. It is big enough to handle a lot of mail and packages! It is very well constructed and includes a larger red flag than most mailboxes. I can see it easily from our house across the street. It was very easy to put together with the Gibraltar black plastic post and looks very stylish and modern. I feel that this mailbox will last for many years due to the sturdy material it is constructed from. I recommend!

This mailbox is a bit larger than your average one. Makes it easy for the mailperson to fit small packages and large envelopes into it. The installation when paired with the matching post is quick and easy. Should last for many years, no rust or dents. Made of thick plastic and closes tightly. Looks classy!

This is the perfect replacement when your replacing in your mailbox! You definitely can't go wrong it's durable especially in our southern states where it's so hot! You Will be pleasantly surprised how durable and affordable this is to replace your existing mailbox! Overtime we need to change out replace our mailboxes and I would totally recommend this one

Received the mailbox in a separate box than the mounting kit. The mailbox comes in one piece. It is made of very sturdy plastic and it will never need painting which is a huge plus! Very easy to install. As a matter of fact it took me less than 5 seconds! All you need to do, provided that you have the mounting kit from Gibraltar, is to simply set it on top of the mounting bracket and it clips right in! I added 4 additional screws, 2 on each side. That was included but optional. This way if a neighborhood kid comes along and tries to lift and take the mailbox. They can not since the screws are holding it securely in place. Rather than just plastic clips. It has a cute plastic red flag on the side to put up, to notify the mail carrier that there is outgoing mail in there. No complaints here. sturdy and does not need painting!

This is a nice mailbox. It's not real big, about the standard size but is a little bit longer than the usual. The flag is red and short and stubby. It sits on a frame that is like a tray to hold it. It's made of plastic that will stand up to the weather for a long time. Some metal mailboxes will fade eventually from the sun, this won't do that. I would recommend this product.

The Gibraltar Patriot is a perfect size! It's strong, sturdy and looks very nice. Has a great capacity with the ability to hold a lot of mail and even small packages. It's very deep and tall enough to hold legal size envelopes without bending them in half. It fits and looks great with the post which was included.

I received this post with the matching mailbox and just like the mailboxes seems to be extremely durable quality. Shipped quickly and is lightweight but strong. I might try to fill the inside with concrete to make it even more durable but might not need to. I would recommend getting this with the matching mailbox just to keep things more simple. The height is just right for easy installation and set up.

My mailbox arrived quickly which was nice. But the box was obviously retaped closed, and was missing the red flag. I immediatedly informed Walmart and never received a response. Maybe writing this review will increase my chances of walmart getting back to me and compensating my purchase price.

I wasn't sure if I would like a “plastic” mailbox. I was worried it would look really cheap but Im pleasantly surprised. Even though it's plastic, it looks sleek & modern and feels very durable like it will last a long time. It says it's rust-proof so that is a big plus to hold up against the weather. Medium size but it's large compared to what I'm used to. I order a lot of things online & normally our mailman has to shove the small packages in our mailbox. This one has a lot more room. No more dented boxes. I do wish the door had a magnet or something to make it shut a little better, not that it's hard to close by any means. I just think that we may forget to push fully so it might get left slightly open. The front door says U.S. Mail, I think I'm going to try & cover that with our last name somehow. You buy the mounting hardware separately & it's very easy, just clips right into place. Highly Recommend!
