Gibson Home Seward 6 Inches Cleaver with Wooden Handle

A slightly small but very effective cleaver. The handle is comfortable to hold and the blade has enough weight to feel nice and substantial. It has a good sharp edge. I have small hands so this is perfect for me. I man with great big hands might prefer something a little larger.

Knife came really sharp. Was smaller than I imagined, but it also says 6-inches on the title, so I just missed that whe I bought it. Works great.

The cleaver is decent. For the price, it's pretty good. It looks like it works fine. It did arrive damaged so the blade was bent at the top but they re shipped a new one. I'm still waiting on the new one but I hope it gets here in perfect condition.

I got the package on time and bought it on sale. It looks decent so far. I didn't have a chance to use it.

This is not a heavy/Butcher Knife. The description says this Cleaver is thick, ideal for cracking spareribs and it weights of 1.25 lbs -- none of these is not true. I placed order for two, but so disappointed after received them. Item packaged and arrived well. I weighted the cleaver which is still in the original plastic seal-- only half pounds . Two Cleavers together are still much less than 1.25 lbs. I don't think this one is durable if being used to crack bones.
